SIMI VALLEY, California (June 18, 2016) – An updated report by the Ventura County Star disclosed that Steven Grinstead, 61, of Simi Valley, has been identified as the victim killed in a motorcycle crash Saturday on Highway 118.
At 2:20 p.m., Steven Grinstead was heading eastbound on Highway 118 when a vehicle suddenly got a flat tire and veered over multiple lanes right into the 61-year-old man.
Grinstead was ejected from his motorcycle and pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
Per the Ventura County Star, no charges have been filed against the driver while the collision remains under investigation.
