Six Injured in 5-Vehicle Crash I-10 Freeway in Boyle Heights
Two Seriously Injured in Pile-up Crash on Freeway
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (June 2, 2025) – Six people were injured in a five-vehicle crash early Sunday morning on the I-10 Freeway at Soto Street in Boyle Heights, the California Highway Patrol said.
The multi-vehicle crash occurred at 5 a.m. on June 1st in the westbound lanes of the freeway, the CHP said.
Firefighters and paramedics responded and located those injured including two people with serious injuries and four with non-life threatening injuries. They were taken to local hospitals for further medical care, the Los Angeles Fire Department said.
It’s unknown what led up to the collision that left a black SUV and a sedan overturned, the CHP said.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on the I-10 Freeway in Boyle Heights.
