Motorcyclist Killed in Solano County Crash at Highway 113 and Binghamton Road
SOLANO COUNTY, CA (March 26, 2023) – A crash killed a motorcyclist at Highway 113 and Binghamton Road near Dixon in Solano County.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, the tragic accident took place on Sunday night. Officers reported the wreck on March 26 at about 8:51 p.m.
The incident happened when the rider of a Harley Davidson motorcycle and a Toyota Corolla collided for an unknown reason near Dixon in Solano County.
Motorcycle and Car Collide
The two crashed at the intersection of Highway 113, known as Rio Dixon Road, and Binghamton Road. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene.
They found the motorcyclist lying on the ground as a result of the collision. Medical personnel soon pronounced the vitim dead.
The name of the deceased party has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin. Meanwhile, the cause of the fatal Solano County crash is still under investigation.
CHP forced the area of Highway 113 and Binghamton Road to shut down for two hours following the wreck.
