Solano County: Multi-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 80

Minor Injury Collision Near Manuel Campos Parkway

Solano County, CA (April 19, 2023) – A traffic accident that occurred on the Interstate 80 Freeway resulted in injuries, according to FOX40 News.

7-Vehicle Accident in Solano County

On April 19, Wednesday, multiple vehicles crashed into each other in the westbound side of the freeway in Solano County. Officials said the collision involved as many as seven automobiles. Additional details on the make and model of the cars found at the scene have not been discussed thus far.

Shortly after 8:33 a.m., emergency crews responded to the crash site just east of Manuel Campos Parkway. Medical personnel checked the conditions of all parties involved, and later confirmed one or more victims sustained minor injuries in the accident. Personal information on the injured people remained undisclosed pending confirmation.

Detectives assigned to handle the case stayed at the scene the whole morning. They continue to investigate exactly how and why the traffic collision happened on the Interstate 80 Freeway in Solano County.
