5 Hurt Soledad Crash Near Arroyo Seco and Thorne
SOLEDAD (August 1, 2017) – Five were injured after a traffic collision involving a big rig in the area of Arroyo Seco and Thorne roads Monday, according to KION News.
The accident was reported around 5:23 p.m. near the intersection.
As per the article, fire department personnel responded to the scene and found that a semi-truck and a van collided. The officials attended to a total of five people, two adults and three children, who were hurt following the crash.

All five patients reportedly required hospitalization. One adult and one child were airlifted while the other adult and two children were transported by ground ambulance.
The extent of the injuries sustained and the names of the victims were not immediately available. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the incident.
