2 Hospitalized After Rollover Crash Near Sonoma Creek Monday
Sonoma, CA (December 1, 2021) – On November 29, Monday, an injury traffic collision occurred near Sonoma Creek.
The Sonoma Index-Tribune published an article online reporting an SUV with at least two occupants rolled over in the streets of Sonoma. Officials said the vehicle overturned, then drove off the roadway.
Per local news source, the SUV fell approximately 100 feet down an embankment near Sonoma Creek. The crash took place around 6:46 p.m.
Responding firefighters found two parties trapped in the wreckage. Personnel from the Sonoma Valley Fire and Rescue team worked extensively to extricate the victims. After they successfully freed the occupants, paramedics rushed them to the hospital for treatment. The name and age of the patients remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
