At Least 1 Badly Hurt After Car Crash at Tuolumne and Black Oak Road Thursday
Sonora, CA (April 29, 2021) – Injuries were reported following a car accident in the area of Tuolumne and Black Oak Road, the California Highway Patrol group reported.
Our sources indicated a vehicle crashed at the Sonora intersection Thursday evening. At the moment, the make and model of the car involved in the wreck have not been revealed thus far.
Shortly after 6:15 p.m., emergency crews arrived at the site. Rescue teams found the car approximately 20 feet off the roadway, and smashed against a tree. The force from the impact caused the vehicle to flip and land on its roof.

The California Highway Patrol dispatch mentioned at least one person sustained major injuries as a result of the incident. Police continue to withhold the identity of the victim pending confirmation.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate at this time several factors surrounding the car accident in Sonora.
