1 Injured in South Park Crash at McKinley and Slauson Avenues
LOS ANGELES, CA (May 14, 2023) – One was hospitalized after a crash at McKinley and Slauson avenues in South Park.
According to an article published by My News LA, the accident took place early Sunday. Officers reported the wreck on May 14 at around 2:25 a.m.
The incident happened when three vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the South Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. The cars at the intersection of South McKinley and Slauson avenues.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and freed at least one trapped person from the wreckage. The rescued individual ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The reports did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officers forced the area of McKinley and Slauson avenues to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the South Park crash is still under investigation.
