Spring Valley: Hit-and-Run Car Crash on Sweetwater Road

At Least 1 Hurt After Car Accident on Sweetwater Road Friday

Spring Valley, CA (April 25 2021) – On April 23, an alleged hit-and-run car crash occurred on Sweetwater Road in Spring Valley.

According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the 935 block of Sweetwater Road. The make and model of the cars involved in the wreck remained undisclosed.

First responders found only one vehicle at scene. The CHP dispatch mentioned the other motorist fled the scene before police arrived.

Shortly after 8:05 p.m., medical personnel arrived at the location. Paramedics rendered aid to all possible victims. After the evaluation, officials confirmed at least one person suffered injuries as a result of the incident. The names of the people hurt, and the extent of their trauma have not been revealed thus far.

Several factors surrounding the car crash in Spring Valley remained unclear. Investigators handling the case continue to work to identify and locate the hit-and-run suspect.
