1 Injured in Spring Valley Hit-and-Run at Lamar Street and Central Avenue
SPRING VALLEY (August 8, 2020) – At least one was injured after an alleged hit-and-run crash in the area of Lamar Street and Central Avenue late Friday night.
The California Highway Patrol officers first logged the incident on August 7 at around 11:58 p.m. It happened near the Goodland Acres Park.
According to their dispatch, a 2006 blue Ford Mustang and a truck collided for an unknown reason at the intersection of Lamar Street and Central Avenue.

Fire department officials along with the paramedics responded to the scene and provided treatment to one victim who suffered unspecified injuries upon impact.
The name and condition of the patient at this time were not available. CHP did not mention if the wounded party was transported to the hospital for further aid.
Meanwhile, CHP affirmed that the one of the drivers involved fled following the wreck. Authorities are still gathering more information and evidence to locate the motorist.
