1 Airlifted to Hospital After Collision on Highway 190 Near Garbage Dump Saturday
Springville, CA (October 23, 2021) – A motorcycle rider suffered major injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on State Route Highway 190 near Globe Drive Saturday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, the motorcyclist collided with a white pickup truck. The crash took place in the area near the garbage dump in Springville.
Rescue teams arrived at the location shortly after 6:03 p.m.

Responding paramedics immediately rendered aid to all possible victims. After the evaluation, officials confirmed the motorcycle rider suffered injuries as a result of the collision. A helicopter reportedly airlifted the patient to Kaweah Delta Hospital for treatment.
Several factors surrounding the accident in Springville remained unclear. Given that, investigators continue to work at this time to determine exactly how and why the crash happened.
