Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Stanislaus County Crash at Grayson and Vivian Roads

STANISLAUS COUNTY, CA (May 20, 2023) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured after a crash at Grayson and Vivian roads in Stanislaus County.

The California Highway Patrol first logged the accident on Tuesday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck on May 16 at about 1:53 p.m.

The incident happened when a Dodge Durango and the motorcycle rider collided for an unknown reason in Stanislaus County near Modesto. The two crashed at the intersection of West Grayson and Vivian roads.

Motorcycle and Car Collide

CHP said the street bike obtained major damage upon impact. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found the motorcyclist down on the ground.

The patient sustained major injuries as a result of the accident. Medical personnel then rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment.

The report did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP did not mention if the driver of the car ended up hurt or if they stopped following the wreck.

Officers forced the area of Grayson and Vivian roads to shut down after the accident. The cause of the Stanislaus County crash is still under investigation.
