HEMET, Calif. (June 29, 2023) — Stanley Summers, 69, of Hemet, died in a collision between his motorcycle and another vehicle on Mayberry Avenue in the Valle Vista area of Hemet.
The two-vehicle collision occurred around 6:22 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28th, according to the Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner’s Bureau.
Cal Fire Riverside County Fire Department crews responded and sadly pronounced the motorcyclist dead just minutes after the crash.
The accident occurred in the 43000 block of Mayberry Avenue near Pleasant Street in the Valle Vista community, according to the report.
Furthermore, the driver of the second vehicle suffered minor injuries and was taken to a hospital.
Meanwhile, the California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash and liability.
