1 Injured in Stanton Crash at Katella Avenue and Magnolia Street
STANTON, CA (August 24, 2021) – One was hospitalized after a car crash at Katella Avenue and Magnolia Street in Stanton.
The California Highway Patrol dispatch team said the accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 12:20 p.m.
According to CHP, a white Lexus RX 300 and another vehicle collided for an unknown reason in Stanton. The two crashed at the intersection of Katella Avenue and Magnolia Street.
2 Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene near the cities of Garden Grove and Anaheim. They found one of the drivers involved who ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel soon took the patient to the UCI Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries. Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the area of Katella and Magnolia to shut down following the wreck. Authorities are still determining the cause of the Stanton crash.
