STANTON, California (March 15, 2017) — A motorcyclist struck and pedestrian, seriously injuring both people in a collision early Wednesday morning on Beach Boulevard near Second Street, according to a report by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.
The crash took place just before 4 a.m. this morning. Paramedics responded to the crash and transported both of them to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries, but both are expected to survive.
Police closed down Beach Boulevard’s southbound lanes temporarily between Second Street and Cerritos Avenue until about 7 a.m. to investigate the cause of the crash and liability.
