Woman, 43, Killed in Pedestrian Accident on 210 Freeway
PASADENA, Calif. (Jan. 17, 2022) – Stefanie Sederopoulos, 43, died Dec. 20th in a pedestrian accident on the Foothill (210) Freeway in Pasadena.
The deadly crash happened at 4:02 a.m. in the westbound lanes of the Foothill 210 Freeway at Lake Avenue, according to California Highway Patrol Officer Elizabeth Kravig.
One vehicle struck the woman due to unknown circumstances on the freeway. Sadly, her injuries were severe and she was pronounced dead at the scene, Kravig said.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff Coroner identified the victim as Stefanie Sederopoulos on their website.
Meanwhile, police issued a SigAlert and closed down the HOV lane and lanes 1, 2 and 3.
Liability for the Pasadena pedestrian accident is unknown at this time.
Finally, the investigation into the traffic accident is ongoing.
