Stella Yeh, 19, Hit and Killed by Cars on 805 Freeway
CLAIREMONT, San Diego County (May 14, 2018) – 19-year-old Stella Yeh was killed after being struck by vehicles on the Interstate 805 Freeway early Saturday, according to NBC News.
Preliminary investigation revealed Yeh was walking southbound on the interstate, just south of Highway 52, when she was hit by an oncoming vehicle at about 1:30 a.m.
The woman was unable to recover following the impact and was struck by another vehicle. Officials said Yeh suffered fatal injuries as a result of the collision.

Authorities mentioned Yeh was a a second-year student at the University of San Diego majoring in Behavioral Neuroscience with the College of Arts and Sciences. A memorial service was reportedly held today, Monday, at USD’s Founders Chapel.
Meanwhile, primary reports indicated both driver involved remained at the scene after the incident. Further investigation on the deadly collision is ongoing.
