Solo-Vehicle Crash on 110 Freeway in South LA
LOS ANGELES (April 6, 2023) – Stephanie Guerra, 19, and Ashley Salinas, 18, both died early Thursday in a solo-vehicle car crash on the southbound Harbor (110) Freeway in South Los Angeles.
The California Highway Patrol responded to the scene around 1:40 a.m. on April 6th near Gage Avenue.
The vehicle crashed into an embankment and overturned onto its side, while both women were ejected from the car.
The two women were pronounced dead at the scene and later identified by the Los Angeles County Sheriff Coroner. There are no further details about the crash at this time.
Police are investigating the fatal crash on the 110 Freeway to determine liability.
