 Steven Lowe Fatal Temecula Crash Calle Contento and Madera de Playa

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, Calif. (Dec. 9, 2022) — Steven Lowe, 71, of Temecula, died in a head-on crash Wednesday at Calle Contento and Madera de Playa in Temecula.

The two-vehicle crash occurred about 2:14 p.m. on Dec. 7th, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.

The drivers of a silver Mercedes SUV and a black Chevrolet Tracer SUV driven by Steven Lowe collided due to unknown circumstances. One of the vehicles was smoking following the wreck.

Paramedics with CAL Fire Riverside responded and located Steven Lowe suffering from major injuries. They transported him by ambulance to Inland Valley Medical Center where he later died at 3:03 P.M. the same day, according to the Riverside County Sheriff Coroner.

Investigators from the California Highway Patrol – Temecula station are working on the case to determine fault for the crash.
