STOCKTON: Big Rig Truck, 3 Vehicles Collide in Crash on SR-99 Freeway at Armstrong Road

STOCKTON, California (May 6, 2014) –  The driver of a big rig truck and three other vehicles collided Tuesday morning in a crash on the southbound State Route 99 Freeway at the S. Armstrong Road off ramp, according to a dispatch by the California Highway Patrol.

About 6:28 a.m., CHP officers responded to the crash between a big rig truck with double trailers, a tan SUV, a blue 2004 Dodge Ram pickup truck and a fourth unidentified vehicle, the report said. paramedics were called to the scene of the Stockton truck accident, but there were no further details.

An off-duty Stockton Police officer reported the incident and requested two tow trucks for the pickup and a second vehicle.

CHP officers are investigating the crash to determine liability for the accident. A report is pending and parties involved will need to request a copy in order to file a claim with insurance.
