1 Injured in Stockton Head-On Crash at Howard Road and Borba Road
STOCKTON, CA (May 16, 2021) – At least one was injured after a car crash at Howard Road and Borba Road in Stockton.
The California Highway Patrol received a call about the accident on Friday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck on May 14 at about 2:25 p.m.
According to their dispatch team, a silver Cadillac and another vehicle collided head-on. The two crashed for an unknown reason at the intersection of Howard Road and Borba Road in Stockton.
2 Cars Collide in Stockton
CHP determined that the incident happened when a driver trying to pass a car slammed into another vehicle. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon responded to the scene near Roberts Road.
They found one person who ended up hurt a result of the collision. Medical personnel then provided treatment to the patient for the minor injuries they sustained in the wreck.
Officials did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP forced the intersection of Howard and Borba to close following the wreck.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the Stockton crash.
