1 Critically Injured in Stockton Car Crash Near Airport Way and 12th Street
STOCKTON, CA (November 24, 2021) – One was critically injured after a car crash near Airport Way and 12th Street in Stockton.
According to an article published by the Central Valley TV, the accident took place late Saturday morning. Officers reported the wreck at about 11:41 a.m.
The incident happened on November 20 when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Stockton. They crashed near the intersection of Airport Way and 12th Street.
2 Cars Collide
Police described the cars as possibly a white Suburban SUV and an older Mercedes-Benz sedan. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene.
They found one driver who sustained life-threatening injuries as a result of the collision. Medical personnel then took the patient to a local hospital for treatment.
The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, police added that the other motorist stayed at the site and cooperated with the officials.
Officers forced the northbound lanes of Airport Way near 12th Street to shut down for hours following the wreck. The cause of the Stockton crash is still under investigation.
