Minor Injury Collision Near Oak Grove Park
Stockton, CA (August 6, 2022) – At least one person suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on Eight Mile Road Wednesday afternoon.
The Recordnet.com published an article online reporting a crash between a silver Honda Accord and a delivery truck. For reasons still unclear, the two vehicles collided on the freeway between Oak Grove Park and Stony Gorge Drive.
The force from the impact caused glass and debris to scatter across the eastbound lanes and median of I-5.

Shortly after 2:30 p.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. Responding paramedics rendered aid to all possible victims in the crash. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed one person sustained minor injuries in the accident. An ambulance transported the victim to a hospital for further treatment.
Several factors surrounding the collision have not been revealed thus far. At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise cause of the crash that happened on Eight Mile Road in Stockton.
