3-Vehicle Stockton Crash at Cherokee and Overheiser Roads

 Stockton Crash Cherokee Road, Overheiser RoadSTOCKTON, Calif. (Oct. 21, 2020) — A major-injury Stockton crash involving three vehicles was reported Wednesday at Cherokee and Overheiser roads.

The crash was reported at 6:53 a.m. to the California Highway Patrol.

First of all, the vehicles involved included a Honda Pilot SUV, a car and a pickup truck, police said. The vehicles were all blocking the roadway after the collision. The CHP report does not state what led up to the collision, however, they are speaking with all those involved to piece together what happened. It’s unknown if anyone witnessed the crash at this time.

Next, paramedics responded to the collision scene to treat the injured. Furthermore, it appears that at least one person was transported to a hospital with major injuries, however, the CHP report does not provide further details. Additionally, the vehicles involved were towed from the Stockton crash scene.

Finally, the CHP is heading up the investigation into liability for the crash.  The incident number is 00052.
