Woman Inured, Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 99
STOCKTON, Calif. (June 14, 2024) — A two-vehicle car crash happened Friday morning in Stockton on the Mariposa Road off ramp near U.S Route 99 Highway, in San Joaquin County.
The traffic accident occurred at around 11:07 AM on Thursday June 14th according to the California Highway Patrol.
A white semi-truck and a white pickup truck with a trailer collided into one another. As a result, the white truck and semi-truck became a huge traffic hazard. In addition the white truck involved was reported to be blocking the roadway, ceasing the flow of traffic. The accident occurred on the off ramp, according to the CHP. The accident was a side impact collision, and due to the impact of that crash, a female passenger in the semi-truck was reportedly bleeding from her head.
Paramedics responded and located the female passenger with a head injury and anyone else who had been injured, and transported them to a nearby hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the crash on Mariposa Road Offramp near Highway 99.
