Semi-Truck, Cars Collide on State Route 4
STOCKTON, Calif. (Sept. 19, 2023) — A major injury Stockton crash happened Tuesday on Highway 4 at Filbert Street.
The 3-vehicle collision occurred about 1:42 p.m. on Sept. 19th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a big rig truck and two sedans collided in the eastbound lanes of State Route 4 due to unknown circumstances.
At least one person suffered major, non-life threatening injuries and required an ambulance, the report said.
The semi-truck was tilted and leaking oil across traffic lanes. Tow trucks removed the damaged vehicles from the roadway.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the Stockton crash on Highway 4.
