Woman Riding Bike Killed in Stockton Crash at Hammer Lane and Don Avenue
STOCKTON (July 23, 2018) – A bicyclist was killed after a traffic collision in the area of Hammer Lane and Don Avenue on Monday afternoon, according to Record Net and CBS Sacramento.
Stockton police said a woman in her 30s was riding a bicycle near the intersection of Hammer Lane and Don Avenue when for an unknown reason she was struck by a vehicle.
As per the reports, the paramedics responded to the scene and immediately transported the cyclist to the hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries.

Her name has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, police affirmed that the driver of the car involved stopped and cooperated with the authorities following the crash. It was not specified whether or not the motorist was hurt in the accident.
The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
