Woman in Her 60s Killed in Stockton Crash on Pacific Avenue
STOCKTON (December 19, 2018) – A pedestrian was killed after a traffic accident along Pacific Avenue late Wednesday afternoon, according to FOX 40 News and The Record Net.
The collision took place on December 19 at approximately 5:15 p.m.
As per the reports, police said a woman in her 60s was crossing Pacific Avenue between Benjamin Holt Drive and Douglas Road when for an unknown reason she was struck by a vehicle.
She was reportedly carrying groceries when she was hit.

Fire department officials along with the paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim dead at the scene. Her name has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, the driver of the car involved stopped after hitting the pedestrian and cooperated with the authorities.
Police mentioned that the area where the tragic crash occurred does not have a crosswalk. The incident remains under investigation.
