Pickup Truck Hits Pedestrian on Off Ramp
STOCKTON, Calif. (Oct. 17, 2023) — A Stockton pedestrian accident happened Tuesday afternoon on the Waterloo Road (State Route 88) off ramp to Highway 99.
The traffic accident occurred at around 12:11 p.m. on Oct. 17th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a silver pickup truck struck the pedestrian due to unknown circumstances. Someone called 911 and reported the pedestrian was on the sidewalk and the pickup truck was blocking traffic lanes.
Paramedics responded to help the injured person who suffered minor injuries from the collision. There are no further details at this time.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the pedestrian accident on Waterloo Road.
