STOCKTON, California (February 12, 2017) – A 60-year-old man in a wheelchair was killed after an alleged hit-and-run collision on North Wilson Way Thursday evening, according to Record Net.
San Joaquin County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as as Robert Paul Cascaden, of Stockton.
The accident took place at 7:14 p.m. near Waterloo Road.
As per the article, Stockton Police Department said Cascaden was in the roadway when he was struck by a vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, police affirmed that the driver involved did not stop to render aid and fled the area. The suspect car was described as a blue or green four-door.
