Motorcycle, Semi-Truck Accident on State Route 4

STOCKTON, Calif. (Sept. 28, 2023) — A semi-truck and a motorcycle rider were in an accident on Highway 4, just east of the southbound Interstate 5 Freeway in Stockton.

The two-vehicle collision occurred in the westbound State Route 4 around 8:38 a.m. on Sept. 28th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials reported the Harley Davidson motorcycle collided with the white semi-truck’s trailer due to unknown circumstances.

The Stockton Fire Department responded to help the injured motorcyclist, but there are no further details at this time.

Investigators are working on the case to determine fault.
