2 Injured in Crash on Hollywood Freeway
STUDIO CITY, Calif. (Sept. 8, 2023) — Two people were taken to a hospital after an injury accident in Studio City on the Hollywood 101 Freeway at Campo De Cahuenga Way.
The multi-vehicle collision occurred in the southbound lanes around 4:52 a.m. on Sept. 8th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Police issued a SigAlert after the collision between the drivers of a black Honda CRV SUV, a red Nissan Frontier pickup truck and a black truck. It happened in the middle lanes of the roadway, police said.
Paramedics with the Los Angeles Fire Department transported two people with undisclosed injuries to Providence St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Also, tow trucks removed all three of the damaged vehicles from the roadway.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the accident on the 101 Freeway in Studio City.
