Pedestrian Hit and Injured by Vehicle on Lankershim Boulevard Thursday
Studio City, CA (October 1, 2021) – On September 30, a suspected hit-and-run crash occurred on Lankershim Boulevard.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a vehicle struck a pedestrian in the 3900 block of Lankershim Boulevard. Initial records indicated the victim was an employee from a nearby establishment in the Universal Studios Hollywood.
Shortly after 6 p.m., medical personnel arrived at the location. Responding paramedics immediately rendered aid to the pedestrian. According to the CHP dispatch, the victim suffered injuries as a result of the collision. The name of the victim and their condition at this time remained undisclosed.

Meanwhile, the driver involved in the accident reportedly fled the scene before police arrived. No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspect.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate the name and location of the driver involved in the wreck. Further investigation on the hit-and-run crash in Studio City is ongoing.
