Sydney Barron, 28, Fatally Struck by Vehicle Near Shields and West Avenue Sunday
Fresno, CA (April 5, 2021) – 28-year-old Sydney Barron died following a pedestrian accident in the parking lot of a central Fresno retailer, according to Your Central Valley News.
Our sources indicated the woman was laying on the ground for an unknown reason at the 99 Cents Only store parking. Unfortunately, a motorist driving through the lot failed to notice the pedestrian. As a result, the vehicle run over Sydney Barron.
The horrible crash took place near the corner of Shields and West Avenue.

Shortly after 8:20 a.m., emergency teams arrived at the site and found the victim pinned underneath the vehicle. Firefighters extricated the woman, then rushed her to Community Regional Medical Center. Authorities later sadly pronounced Sydney Barron dead.
Meanwhile, officers mentioned the driver involved in the tragic incident stayed in the area and cooperated with the investigation process.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to work to determine several factors surrounding the deadly pedestrian accident in Fresno.
