3 Women Injured in Twentynine Palms Crash on Hatch Road

TWENTYNINE PALMS, Calif. (September 23, 2019) – Taylor Tuivaiti, 20, was one of three women injured Sunday night in a two-vehicle crash in Twentynine Palms.

The collision took place on Hatch Road about 7 p.m. on September 23rd.

Tuivaiti was driving a black Ford Focus eastbound Hatch Road when she collided with a silver Mitsubishi Galant driven by 30-year-old Regina Diggs. Diggs was attempting to cross Hatch Road near Alpine Avenue at the time of the collision.  

Tuivaiti was rushed by ambulance to Hi-Desert Medical Center in Palm Springs. Meanwhile, Diggs and her passenger, Dtrawnjail Lockhart, 21, were transported by ambulances to Hi-Desert Medical Center for treatment. 

The Sheriff’s Department does not suspect drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash.
