Giacomo Antonio Valdivieso-Vargas, 21, Faces Multiple Charges
TUSTIN, Calif. (June 28, 2024) — A Tustin middle school teacher’s aide, identified as Giacomo “Jack” Antonio Valdivieso-Vargas, was arrested Thursday for alleged felony child abuse, child annoyance and lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years old.
The Orange County teacher’s aide was working at the Utt Middle School at 13601 Browning Ave, in Tustin prior to his arrest for allegedly conducting lewd acts with young girls.
The Tustin Police Department reports the suspect allegedly touched a 12-year-old girl inappropriately and reportedly made sexual remarks to two other 12-year-old girls.
The teacher’s aide was arrested and charged after Tustin police were contacted about the circumstances.
Authorities are working on the case and asking the public to report any other possible victims.
There were no announcements at this time on the school’s website or by the Tustin Unified School District.
