Teddy Goad Killed in Sylmar Pedestrian Accident on San Fernando Road

Pedestrian Killed by Vehicle in Sylmar Identified

SYLMAR, Calif. (May 14, 2025) – Teddy Goad, 71, died in a pedestrian accident in Sylmar this past Monday on San Fernando Road, near Hubbard Street.

Police responded to the 12200 block of San Fernando Road around 8:50 p.m. on May 12th, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

It’s unknown what led up to the collision that left the victim with fatal injuries. The driver involved in the deadly collision stopped and cooperated with authorities and the death investigation.

The Los Angeles County Office of Medical Examiner identified the victim on Tuesday as Teddy Goad.

The fatal Sylmar pedestrian accident on San Fernando Road remains under investigation to determine fault.
