SACRAMENTO COUNTY, Calif. (Jan. 7, 2025) — A juvenile riding a bicycle was injured in a collision with a vehicle Wednesday morning at Madison Avenue and Dewey Drive in Carmichael, Sacramento County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported on Jan. 7th at approximately 7:26 a.m. in the southbound lanes near the intersection of Dewey Drive and Madison Avenue. CHP logs indicate the incident involved a juvenile on a bicycle and a vehicle, with the collision occurring in active southbound lanes.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene. No further details regarding the extent of the juvenile’s injuries or whether the bicyclist was transported to a hospital were immediately available.
