TEMECULA, California (April 9, 2014) – Paramedics responded to a 3-vehicle car accident Wednesday morning involving injuries on the southbound Interstate 215 Freeway at Murrieta Hot Springs, according to a dispatch report by the California Highway Patrol.
About 5:56 a.m., police say a man in a white Toyota Highlander reported that his wife’s head hit the back of the seat and she was having pain in her neck that required medical attention. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene to assist the woman. There may have been other injuries not reported in the dispatch, however, more information about this accident will be provided in a police report.
“Typically, police will interview all parties involved and observe evidence at the scene before issuing a police report with a determination of liability for an accident such as this one,” said Attorney James Johnson. “Those who are injured may have a claim against the negligent party for their losses including, but not limited to property damage and medical bills.”
Gosch Tow provided a tow truck to remove at least one of the damaged vehicles from the scene of the crash.
