3 Seriously Injured in Temecula Crash at Nicolas Road and Joseph Road
TEMECULA, CA (April 27, 2022) – Several were seriously injured after a car crash at Nicolas Road and Joseph Road in Temecula.
The Riverside County Fire Department first logged the incident on Wednesday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 3:50 p.m.
Cal Fire said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the city of Temecula. They crashed at the intersection of Nicolas Road and Joseph Road.
2 Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and then rescued two trapped occupants from the wreckage. A total of three people ended up hurt as a result of the incident.
The patients sustained moderate to major injuries due to the impact of the collision. Medical personnel soon took them to the hospital for treatment.
The report did not release the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Nicolas and Joseph roads to shut down following the wreck.
The cause of the Temecula crash is still under investigation.
