3 Injured in Temecula Crash at Margarita Road and Pauba Road

TEMECULA, CA (April 24, 2021) – Three were hospitalized after a car crash at Margarita Road and Pauba Road in Temecula.

According to an article published by My News LA, the accident occurred on Saturday evening. Officers reported the wreck shortly after 6 p.m.

The Riverside County Fire Department said two vehicles collided for an unknown reason. They crashed at the intersection of Margarita and Pauba roads in Temecula.

Car Collision Near Sports Park

Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene near the Ronald Reagan Sports Park. They then extricated one trapped occupant from the wreckage.

The rescued person sustained major injuries as a result of the collision. Two other people suffered minor injuries from the impact.

Medical personnel took all three patients to hospitals for treatment. Officials did not release the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time.

Meanwhile, officers forced the intersection to shut down following the wreck. Authorities are still determining the cause of the Temecula crash.
