Man Fatally Struck by Big Rig at Winchester and Murrieta Hot Springs Road Saturday
Temecula, CA (January 22, 2022) – A deadly pedestrian accident occurred Saturday in the area of Winchester and Murrieta Hot Springs Road.
According to My News LA, a big rig struck an individual at the intersection in Temecula. The horrible crash took place shortly before 4 p.m.
The article published online mentioned emergency crews arrived at the scene and found the victim lying on the ground. Responding paramedics performed life-saving measures to the pedestrian but they sadly succumbed to their injuries and died. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
The truck operator appeared unharmed after the collision.
Several factors surrounding the catastrophic incident have not been discussed thus far. At this time, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department continue to investigate liability in the deadly accident at Winchester and Murrieta Hot Springs Road.
