1 Hospitalized After Traffic Collision on Pauba Road Friday
Temecula, CA (July 9, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a car accident that occurred on Pauba Road Friday evening.
The Riverside County Fire Department reported a collision that took place in the 3000 block of Pauba Road in Temecula. Our sources indicated a vehicle veered off the traffic lanes for an unknown reason, and ended up slamming into a big tree. At this time, the make and model of the car involved in the wreck remained undisclosed.

Emergency teams arrived at the site shortly after 7:45 p.m. First responders reportedly found at least one person trapped in the disabled vehicle. Firefighters at the scene worked extensively to extricate the victim. According to the accident dispatch, a ground ambulance transported the patient to an area hospital for treatment of major injuries.
No immediate information was available on the other occupants in the car.
Investigators continue to work at this time to determine exactly how and why the car accident on Pauba Road happened.
