
TEMECULA, Calif. (Feb. 2, 2023) — A motorcycle rider suffered major injuries Thursday in a car accident on the southbound Interstate 15 Freeway, just north of Winchester Road (SR-79) in Temecula.
The collision occurred about 6:52 a.m. on Feb. 2nd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported the motorcycle rider was allegedly “splitting lanes and the vehicle cut him off.”
The black Harley Davidson went down and two white vehicles pulled over after the collision.
Paramedics responded to the scene to help the rider who suffered major injuries, but there are no further details.
Meanwhile, a tow truck came to remove the damaged motorcycle from the freeway. All vehicles were pulled over on the right shoulder.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the motorcycle accident on the 15 Freeway.
