TEMECULA, California (November 5, 2015) — A driver making a lane change allegedly struck a motorcyclist Thursday morning while driving on the southbound Interstate 15 Freeway, just north of Winchester Road, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash was reported about 6:48 a.m. The drivers involved were the motorcyclist, a big rig truck and a black BMW. The driver of a semi-tractor trailer truck called 911 and pulled over on the right shoulder. A SigAlert was issued due to the Nos. 1, 2 and 3 lanes.
Police are investigating the crash to determine liability.
