TEMECULA, California (November 3, 2014) – One person suffered moderate injuries in a 3-vehicle crash on Friday afternoon on the northbound Interstate 15 Freeway, at Winchester Road, according to a dispatch by the California Highway Patrol.
The traffic accident was reported about 12:30 p.m. to CHP officers. Paramedics responded to assist one person who was trapped in a vehicle, but they managed to free the person within minutes of the crash. The individual was taken to hospital where they were treated for moderate injuries.
Police are heading up an investigation into the crash to determine liability. Those injured in the crash who were not at fault may have a legal claim against the negligent party.
