1 Injured in Templeton Crash on Highway 101 Near Vineyard Drive
TEMPLETON, CA (March 16, 2022) – At least one was injured after a car crash on Highway 101 near Vineyard Drive in Templeton.
According to an article published by the KSBY News, the accident took place on Wednesday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck shortly after 12 p.m.
The California Highway Patrol said at least two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Templeton. They crashed on southbound Highway 101, south of the Vineyard Drive on-ramp.
Minor Injuries Reported in Wreck
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene. They confirmed that one person ended up hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then provided treatment to the patient for the minor injuries they sustained in the incident. The report did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, CHP forced the southbound lanes of Highway 101 to shut down near Vineyard following the wreck. The cause of the Templeton crash is still under investigation.
