Teodora Nario, 66, Injured in Upland Crash on 10 Freeway Near Euclid
UPLAND, CA (August 13, 2021) – Teodora Nario was hospitalized after a car crash on the 10 Freeway in Upland.
The California Highway Patrol identified the 66-year-old woman as the victim of the collision which occurred on Friday afternoon.
The incident happened when Teodora Nario was riding one of the four vehicles which collided in the city of Upland. They crashed for an unknown reason on the 10 Freeway near Euclid Avenue.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
CHP described the vehicles as a black Toyota Corolla, a pickup truck and possibly a minivan and a gas tanker. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene.
Medical personnel found Teodora Nario hurt as a result of the Upland crash. They then took her to the San Antonio Regional Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Meanwhile, CHP forced several lanes of the 10 Freeway to shut down for about an hour following the wreck. The accident took place shortly before 5:30 p.m.
The cause of the Upland crash is still under investigation.
