2 Injured in Dairyville Car Accident on Highway 99
DAIRYVILLE, CA (July 28, 2021) – Teresa Oliver, and Michael Kunick, 55, were injured in a Dairlyville collision Saturday, July 10th near Bray Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Michael Kunick, of Red Bluff, was driving northbound on the highway in a 1993 Honda sedan when he allegedly made an improper turn and collided with a southbound recreational vehicle. The crash happened about 6:14 p.m. on July 10th, police said.
Both Kunick and his passenger, Teresa Oliver, also of Red Bluff, suffered lacerations and moderate injuries and were transported to a hospital.
Meanwhile, authorities noted the driver of the RV, Tyler Yoder, of Georgia, and his passenger, both suffered minor injuries.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash and liability.
