Ramona Expressway Crash Investigation
It is unknown at this time what led to this collision, but police are heading up a full investigation and will determine fault. Most often, drivers collide head-on because one of the vehicles veers over into the other driver’s lane. This could be due to driver error, distractions, traffic violations such as an unsafe speed or passing maneuver or drugs and or alcohol consumption.
